Jade was aware of my up and coming move to Switzerland later this year, and with that in mind she researched the Swiss market to make sure my brand stood out! She helped me get my Instagram set up and looking refreshed, alongside sending me some of the mockups she had already made with my logo on. The brandmark captured the "link" we aim to provide between athletes & practitioners, alongside how our community and the people in it our so important. Any queries or changes we needed she was more than happy to do, and she definitely made us feel heard, so that we could make it our own. She also provided with a set of brand guidelines, it took me a while to get my head around it all (still am doing) but Jade had great patience with me and even jumped on a call to help me run through them.
